PCSGMCH admits 150 MBBS students per year through NEET-UG counselling as follows:

NEET 2025 AIQ Cutoff Scores

The following are the All-India Quota cutoff scores for PCSGMCH in NEET 2025:

Eligibility Criteria

• Must have cleared NEET-UG in the relevant year.
• Minimum 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in Class XII (40% for SC/ST/OBC).
• Age: minimum 17 years as of 31 December of the year of admission.
• Must be an Indian citizen (NRI/OCI rules as per MCC guidelines).
• Candidates must fulfil the reservation/domicile norms as applicable for State and AIQ seats.

Admission Steps

1. Appear in NEET-UG and obtain a valid scorecard.
2. Register on the MCC portal (for AIQ) or WB state counselling portal (for State quota).
3. Fill in your choices and participate in online counselling rounds.
4. Seat allotment will be issued based on NEET rank, category and choice filling.
5. Report to PCSGMCH with original documents for verification and admission.
6. Pay the prescribed fees at admission — see the Fees Payment page for the current government schedule (tuition ₹6,520/year, hostel ₹12/month, admission/exam/welfare per WBUHS & GoWB norms).

Documents Required at Admission

• NEET-UG Admit Card and Scorecard (original + photocopy)
• Class X Mark Sheet and Certificate
• Class XII Mark Sheet and Certificate
• Seat Allotment Letter from MCC / State Counselling Authority
• Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable, issued by competent authority)
• EWS Certificate (if applicable)
• Domicile Certificate / Residence Proof
• Character Certificate from last institution
• Migration Certificate (if applicable)
• Recent passport-size photographs (minimum 6)
• Aadhar Card / Government-issued Photo ID
• Anti-Ragging Undertaking (by student and parent)
• Medical Fitness Certificate

Duration of Course

The MBBS programme is of 5.5 years total duration: 4.5 years of academic study (Phase I, II, III Parts 1 & 2) followed by 1 year of compulsory rotatory internship.
