Outpatient Services
The OPD Complex at PCSGMCH is housed in a dedicated 10-story building and sees approximately 2000 patients daily, making it one of the busiest outpatient facilities in the Hooghly district. All OPD services are provided at no charge to patients, in keeping with the mission of affordable public healthcare.

Registration
Patients are required to register before consultation. Registration is free of charge at both the on-site counter and the online HMIS portal. Please bring any previous medical records, prescriptions, or investigation reports for review by the treating doctor.
On-site registration: Counter is on the ground floor of the OPD Complex, open during the OPD hours listed above.
Laboratory & Radiology
Investigations including blood tests, urine tests, X-ray, ultrasonography and other diagnostic services are available on campus. Prescriptions from PCSGMCH doctors are required for investigations.
