About Special Clinics
In addition to regular OPD services, PCSGMCH Teaching Hospital runs a number of special and disease-specific clinics that provide focused, multi-disciplinary care. These clinics operate on fixed days and are available free of charge to patients.

How to Access
- Patients are referred to special clinics from the respective OPD by the treating doctor.
- OPD registration at the ground floor counter is required before attending any clinic.
- All services are free of charge.
Disability Certification (UDID)
PCSGMCH participates in the Unique Disability ID (UDID) programme of the Government of India, run by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities. Persons with disabilities can apply online for a UDID card and then attend the hospital's Medical Board for assessment; a specialist team (Orthopaedics, ENT, Ophthalmology, Psychiatry and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation) issues the disability certificate that unlocks central and state welfare benefits.

Register on the national Swavlamban Card portal, select PCSGMCH as your designated hospital, and carry the printed application slip along with identity proof and any prior medical records to your Medical Board appointment.
