Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)
Mandate
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is established at PCSGMCH in accordance with the guidelines of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and the National Medical Commission (NMC). The IQAC is responsible for developing and implementing quality benchmarks in all academic and administrative activities, coordinating quality improvement initiatives, preparing the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR), and ensuring continuous improvement in teaching, research, patient care and institutional governance.

Key Functions of IQAC
- Develop and implement quality benchmarks and parameters for academic and administrative activities
- Organise inter- and intra-institutional workshops and seminars on quality-related themes
- Document teaching, research and extension activities for quality assurance
- Act as a nodal agency for coordinating quality-related activities, including adoption of quality practices
- Prepare the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) to be submitted to NAAC

Complaints may be submitted in writing, by email, or through the online portal. All complaints are treated in strict confidence.
