Operation Theatre Complex
PCSGMCH Teaching Hospital has a dedicated Operation Theatre (OT) Complex equipped to handle elective and emergency surgical procedures across all clinical specialties. The complex is managed by the Department of Anaesthesiology in collaboration with the surgical departments.

Surgical Schedule
Elective surgical lists are conducted from Monday to Saturday starting at 8:00 AM, subject to case availability and anaesthesia clearance. Emergency surgeries are performed 24×7.
Pre-operative Assessment
All elective surgical patients undergo pre-operative assessment by the Department of Anaesthesiology. Pre-anaesthesia clinic is available for work-up of high-risk patients. Patients are advised to follow pre-operative fasting and preparation instructions issued by their treating surgeon.
