Internal Complaints Committee
Mandate
The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is constituted under Section 4 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act). The ICC investigates complaints of sexual harassment made by any woman employee or student of PCSGMCH and ensures a safe, dignified and equitable working and learning environment for all.

What constitutes Sexual Harassment?
Sexual harassment includes any unwelcome act or behaviour (directly or by implication) such as physical contact and advances, demand or request for sexual favours, making sexually coloured remarks, showing pornography, or any other unwelcome physical, verbal, or non-verbal conduct of a sexual nature.
Any student, employee, or visitor who experiences or witnesses sexual harassment at PCSGMCH is encouraged to report it to the ICC.
How to File a Complaint
Complaints may be submitted in writing, by email, or through the online portal. All complaints are treated in strict confidence.
