About the department
The Department of Physiology teaches the functional mechanisms of the human body — from cellular biophysics to integrated organ-system physiology. The curriculum covers cardiovascular, respiratory, renal, endocrine, reproductive, neurophysiology and haematology. Practical sessions use physiological recording instruments, haematological techniques and clinical skills demonstration to bridge theory and clinical practice.
