Pharmacovigilance Programme Committee
Mandate
The Pharmacovigilance Programme Committee at PCSGMCH oversees the hospital's participation in the Pharmacovigilance Programme of India (PvPI), coordinated by the Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC), Ghaziabad under the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO). The committee promotes rational drug use, monitors and reports adverse drug reactions (ADRs), and coordinates with the Department of Pharmacology to ensure medication safety across the hospital.

How to Report an ADR
Adverse Drug Reactions can be reported by any healthcare professional, patient or caregiver using the Vigiflow / PvPI online portal or by submitting the Yellow ADR Reporting Form to the Pharmacovigilance Reporting Cell in the Department of Pharmacology.
